  1. CleanShot X raises its prices

    Between December 2025 and August 2026, CleanShot X's Basic licence rose from $29 to $35 and Pro from $8 to $10 per user per month billed yearly. Renewal stayed at $19 a year.

  2. Sendspark renames its plans and switches to AI credits

    By December 2025 Sendspark had replaced its Plus and Scale plans with Solo, Growth, Team and Business. Solo kept its price, but its allowance changed from video minutes to AI credits.

  3. Descript moves legacy plans to its current plans

    From November 17, 2025, Descript began moving subscribers on legacy and sunset plans to its current plans, which count media minutes and AI credits instead of transcription hours.

    Claap announced on October 20, 2025 that it is joining lemlist. It said pricing and contracts remain unchanged.

  5. Bending Spoons acquires Vimeo

    Vimeo agreed in September 2025 to be acquired by Bending Spoons for about $1.38 billion. The deal closed in November 2025.

  6. BombBomb relaunches as Engage with new plans

    BombBomb launched Engage, a rebuilt video messaging platform sold as Core, Core + Copilot and Enterprise plans. Existing Essentials and Plus subscriptions stay supported.

  7. Microsoft 365 price rise makes Clipchamp premium more expensive

    Microsoft raised Microsoft 365 Personal from $69.99 to $99.99 a year and Family from $99.99 to $129.99. These plans carry Clipchamp's premium features.

  8. NVIDIA App replaces GeForce Experience

    NVIDIA released the NVIDIA App officially in November 2024, moving GeForce Experience's features, including ShadowPlay recording, into it. Sharing to YouTube and Facebook didn't come along.
